Las chefs elaboraron platos propios de su regi\u00f3n de manera que pudimos saborear la diferencia de sabores m\u00e1s distintivos de China.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Las recetas del Norte fueron<\/strong>: lomo de cerdo con salsa de Beijing, pollo con champi\u00f1ones y otras setas, y \u201clos tres frescos de la tierra\u201d, un plato elaborado con berenjena, patata y pimiento verde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Las recetas del Sur eran:<\/strong> patatas picantes, costillas de cerdo con salsa agridulce, y pollo blanco cortado y servido fr\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 os parecen?
